- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wont use OLT again. There was an error on a social Security number on my taxes. The error should have been caught by the software but it wasn't. I went in to make the necessary change and was charged once again. I just don't like doing business with a company like that. It was not fair. Oh and good luck getting a person on the phone. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is a great online tax service. I have used it for several years now, and when you start, all of the information from the previous year has already been pulled in so, for instance, they already have a lot of the info in your W2, filing status, address, etc., and all you have to do is make any necessary changes or additions (such as any job change, income and deduction figures, etc.) Plus the software is very straightforward and easy to understand. You can't beat the price either - the premium service only cost me $16 total for both state and federal, and that includes a schedule C and SE. Check out the competitors - some want like $100 and more for federal alone if you have more than a simple return. I have recommended OLT to many people and everyone has told me they liked it.By ky7114, November 06, 2016
