- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Nothing but troubles since they switched over customer service is weak at best. If you call the call center they blame the instore bank and vice versa. Put in for a new debit card for damaged as mine was still working but starting to crack and they shut off my card before the new one came...Nobody could give me a reason why on they phone and after going in the store they told me the call center should have taken care of it. 15 minutes at the minimum for waiting in line for a teller...everytime. When calling the call center I was on hold for over 40 minutes. Website is horrible. Its up about half the time and it doesn't give you any options at all to do anything that automated call center can't. Just switched to nodaway valley bank and the service has been superb. Forgot how a real bank actually handles customers problems. Will never bank at academy againBy Josh Mercer, August 03, 2017
