  I have sold and bought coins from kristens the older man he is great with people and he knows his coins very well but as for the rest of the staff they are rude including kristen herself i seen her talk rude to customers and I've seen her even take some gold of a friend of mine because she assumed it was stolen he had to go through a bunch of BS to get it back after after talking to detectives after a couple weeks he got his gold back after they found out it was not stolen i recommend nobody to go there she a con artists that is greedy so go somewhere eles dont let kristen hovey and all her cop con artists workers take advantage of you this is all fact and very true aint it kristen i wouldnt even say nothing back because i think the news should know about how you run your crap so called jewlery store thanks for look - ben-

  (Please be sure to read follow up) Had a belly button stud made for my wife. Broke 4 months later and the stone was lost. Went to them for help and all they could do is blame us and offer to sell us a new one. At full cost of course. Now I have a heart broken wife who's first mother's day gift was a POS. Will not be doing business with them again. (At the time 1 Star review) Follow up: Owner Actually reached out to me regarding my review. Offered to completely replace the stud and stone. However we had since then bought a replacement else where. Owner then offered to replace a lost stone from her wedding ring which was from there as well to replace the stud. The fact the the owner reached out after all this time speaks volumes to me regarding the overall quality of the establishment. One could simply shrug off bad reviews, but she made the effort to reach out after all this time and make it right. I would like to note as well that the owner was not present at the time of the refusal to replace. That was an employee. After this I will consider return to them as a customer again. As they are making it right and I am satisfied with this I feel a 1 star review is unfair. Therefore I am adjusting my review accordingly. Thanks again for reaching out to me!
