  For starters let me tell you it took over two months for my husband & I to get our debit cards in the mail. They failed to tell us our cards were put on hold because the new cards with chips in them were being made. Only that our pin numbers & cards should be arriving soon & it wasn't until we went to the other branch location on N. Belt Highway, where we were told this information (why our cards had been delayed). Second of all, we recently moved & I called the bank to report my change of address because I pay bills online & my shipping address/billing address needs to be updated. Sadly to say my payments were being declined because they only updated my new address in my "account information" but didn't change my address under my debit card. Payments denied! Not to mention it was 15 minutes till closing time so they rushed through everything & when I asked if they changed my husbands address as well under his debit card, they rudely told me he'd have to call them Monday because they're about to close. We will be closing our account soon & look for another bank or at least go to the Citizens Bank on N. Belt Highway from now on. Worst customer service I've experienced! I do NOT recommended this Citizens Bank location on Frederick Ave. in St. Joseph, MO.
